You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the day after receiving your product.
- โ Items must be in brand-new, unused condition
- โ Items must be in the original packaging
- โ Must include photo or video evidence demonstrating the product's condition

2๏ธโฃ Non-Quality Returns (Personal Reasons)

In these scenarios:
- ๐งพ A 20% restocking fee will apply
- ๐ Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- ๐ฆ Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer
Example Calculation: $1800 order - $360 restocking fee - $540 original shipping - $300 return shipping โ Refund = $600

โ ๏ธ Custom e-bikes cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced. We will confirm specifications with you through email or video communication before shipping.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order separately. ๐๏ธ

- ๐ฎ Ship via a trackable, insured shipping method. Provide us with the tracking details, photos, and shipping receipt.
๐ต Refunds
- โฑ๏ธ Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after product inspection.
- ๐ณ Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- ๐ฆ Bank processing times may extend an additional 7โ10 business days.
- โ ๏ธ Products returned in used or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.
