In these scenarios:

  • ๐Ÿงพ A 20% restocking fee will apply
  • ๐Ÿšš Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer

Example Calculation: $1800 order - $360 restocking fee - $540 original shipping - $300 return shipping โ†’ Refund = $600

โš ๏ธ Custom e-bikes cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced. We will confirm specifications with you through email or video communication before shipping.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order separately. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ

  3. ๐Ÿ“ฎ Ship via a trackable, insured shipping method. Provide us with the tracking details, photos, and shipping receipt.

  • ๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • ๐Ÿฆ Bank processing times may extend an additional 7โ€“10 business days.
